Bill Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Bill joined the Kolter team in 2001 and has served in various accounting and finance roles, culminating with his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2019. He oversees the company’s overall finance and accounting functions, including Treasury, Tax, Reporting, Information Technology and Investor Relations.

Bill brings more than 30 years of financial experience in both the public and private accounting sectors, including nine years with Deloitte Touche in their financial services audit practice. Bill earned a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
