Vice President of Accounting and Finance

As the Vice President of Accounting and Finance, Rich is responsible for overseeing Kolter’s accounting and financial-related matters for the homes, land, urban, multifamily, and financial services affiliates. He has 20 years of accounting experience, primarily with real estate developers, in the public and private sectors.

Rich holds a BS and an MBA degree from the Florida Atlantic University College of Business. He has 18 years of accounting experience, primarily with real estate developers, in the public and private sectors.
