Randy TenHoeve

Sr. Project Manager

As Sr. Project Manager, Randy is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of design, permitting, construction, and delivery of assigned condominium development projects.

While with Kolter, Randy has completed Water Club Snell Isle in St. Petersburg, FL, and Vue Sarasota Bay in Sarasota, FL. Randy is currently leading the Ritz-Carlton Residences development in Sarasota, FL.

Prior to joining Kolter, Randy managed several other urban multi-use condominium developments in St. Petersburg, FL and Glendale, CA. Randy is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology.
