Development Executive

As Development Executive, Nunez ensures adherence to municipal requirements, manages project planning, financial proformas, and timelines. He also supports the sales program, manages the condominium document program and recordation of documents for association launch. Additionally, he is involved in all project phases including Association startup, personnel selection, delivery of sold residences, manages the operations of the Condominium Property while under developer control, and coordinates the facilitation of Association legal turnover. Nunez’s projects include ONE St. Petersburg, Hyde Park House, Art House and The Island at West Bay Club.
