Kolter Homes is excited to announce four of its decorated model homes are entered in the 2020 Atlanta Parade of Homes between two communities: Cresswind Peachtree City and newly opened Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes in Hoschton. Hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the parade features more than 100 homes throughout the metro Atlanta area, many of which are decorated model homes.
The free, self-guided Parade is open to the public the weekends of June 13-14, June 20-21 and June 27-28, giving interested homebuyers three full weekends to visit homes. The Atlanta Parade of Homes presents a unique opportunity to choose the exact location, home design and designer options buyers want for their new home, as most entries are available for purchase.
“We’ve been developing Cresswind, active adult communities in the Atlanta area for a decade now,” Kolter Homes Senior Vice President of Marketing John Manrique said. “Being able to participate in the 2020 Atlanta Parade of Homes with both Cresswind Peachtree City and our brand-new 55+ destination, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, is an exciting accomplishment for our team.”
The tour showcases a wide variety of new home options, from affordable entry-level homes and townhomes to moderately-priced homes, large homes in popular communities and elegant mansions in exclusive, gated neighborhoods. Attendees will enjoy the assortment in sizes, layouts and architectural details highlighted in this year’s Parade.
This year, Kolter Homes entered four model homes into the showcase – two at Cresswind Peachtree City and two at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. The beautiful Willow model home, located at Cresswind Peachtree City, features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a two-car garage with 3,783 square feet of open-concept living space. Also located at Cresswind Peachtree City, the stunning Oakside model offers four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a two-car garage with 3,030 square feet of luxurious living space.
Cresswind Peachtree City is the only resort-style, 55+ community located in Peachtree City, Georgia. The Cresswind lifestyle is centered on fitness, nutrition and relationships, and geared toward an active, fulfilling lifestyle. Residents at Cresswind Peachtree City enjoy a resort-style amenity package including a resident-exclusive clubhouse with fitness center, both indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, walking and hiking trails, a variety of social spaces and access to a full-time activity director.
Parade of Homes participants also have two model homes to tour at newly opened Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. The Almond model is a charming ranch design offering 2,052 total square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with two bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage, while the Rosewood model is a versatile home with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a three-car garage and 2,600 square feet of living space to enjoy.
As the newest active adult community from Kolter Homes in the Atlanta area, Cresswind Georgia is already selling fast with 23 homes sold during its first VIP weekend. Set within the master-planned Twin Lakes community in Hoschton, Georgia, the community offers several hundred acres of preserved nature with walking trails and planned resort style amenities including Georgia’s largest pickleball center capable of hosting tournaments, two lakes, a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, a large activity lawn and more.
