Jared Lybbert

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Jared oversees financial planning and analysis, proformas and budgeting for new acquisitions and existing assets for Kolter Land Partners.

Jared joined Kolter as a financial analyst in 2018 and is now managing the financial team ensuring the needs of Kolter Land are met.

He has a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of South Florida. He also holds master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Florida Atlantic University.
