Division Accounting Manager

As the Division Accounting Manager, Ariana is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial-related matters for the Land, Urban, and Multifamily Divisions. She provides training and guidance to her Team of Project and Senior Project Accountants. She ensures the financial reporting for both Divisions are reported accurately and timely according to GAAP.

Ariana earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She brings several years of accounting experience to The Kolter Team, including seven years related to real estate.
