Brian Van Slyke

Regional President

As the Regional President of Kolter Urban’s Florida’s West Coast, Brian is responsible for executing the firm’s strategy in the region.

Brian’s responsibilities include site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, delivery and financial performance.

Brian has developed thousands of condo units in Florida and across the U.S. along with extensive commercial, hospitality and single-family experience. Brian graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology where he studied Construction Management and Architectural Engineering. Brian maintains his Florida sales associate license, is a LEED AP and has held multiple GC licenses.
