Sr. Development Manager

As a Senior Development Manager, Chris manages the design and construction operations from preconstruction to end-user delivery. Chris’s current focus is The Dillon in Atlanta, Georgia, where he ensures that the quality and financial goals are aligned with Kolter’s expectations.

Prior to joining Kolter, Chris has managed various high-rise condominium, multi-family, medical office, and hospital projects. He has over 20 years of construction experience and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Georgia Southeastern University.
