Courtney Gilfilen

Controller

As the Controller, Courtney is responsible for overseeing Kolter’s accounting department, creating and implementing process efficiencies, maintaining internal control policies/procedures, coordinating accounting guidance and training, managing the production of GAAP financial reporting, and audit management.

Courtney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master’s Degree in Accountancy. She has 18 years of experience in accounting, including 10 years related to real estate.
