Howard manages firm capital and relationships with capital providers. At Kolter, he has been involved with the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of over $27 billion of transactions (both in-process and realized).

Previous real estate-related work includes as managing principal of a CBRE Investment Management fund in London and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London and New York. Howard earned an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University (Canada), a graduate degree from the London School of Economics and a law degree from Cambridge University.

Outside Kolter, Howard has been active in a number of organizations including board-level or committee roles at Habitat for Humanity Palm Beach County, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Columbia University (Barnard) and The Taft School.
