Jim Harvey

President

As the President of Kolter Land, Jim is responsible for the division acquisition strategy as well as managing of Kolter Land investments throughout the Southeast US. Prior to joining Kolter, Jim spent over twenty years in residential acquisition, entitlement, development, sales and marketing. He earned degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of South Florida.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Home Builders and serves on the Board of University of South Florida Alumni Association and Athletics Council.
