John Harper

Development Executive

As a Development Executive, John serves as the overall project team leader for select high-rise waterfront projects in the Sarasota area.

Prior to joining Kolter in 2015, John was involved in developing a number of high-profile condominium and mixed-use projects on both the east and west coasts of Florida.

John has a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Masters in Architecture from University of South Florida, and a Bachelors in Mathematics from LaGrange College.
