Michael Laplaca

Director of Customer Service

As the Director of Customer Service, Michael is responsible for the warranty department at Kolter Urban. Michael and his team oversee and manage all customer service requests for the residents and ensures that all service requests are managed and documented in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Michael received his degree in finance and marketing from Florida State University and has spent most of his career in the construction industry.
