Rob Tala

Vice President, Construction

As Vice President of Construction, Rob oversees the entitlement, design & construction operations with emphasis on product development, value engineering, and budget and contract negotiations. Prior to this role, Rob was the Director of Construction for Kolter Urban, overseeing the development and construction of high-rise condominium projects as well as self-performing low-rise multifamily projects.
Rob has nearly 20 years of combined development and construction management experience in a broad range of product types from single & multifamily residential to commercial markets. Prior to Kolter, he was a Project Manager for a well-established real estate developer in South Florida for over 11 years. Rob received a BS in Construction Management from the University of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional and State Certified Contractor.
