Scott Morton

Senior Vice President, Planning & Entitlement

As Senior Vice President of Planning and Entitlement, Scott Morton is responsible for the firm’s planning and permitting, and is an integral member of the acquisition team.

Scott has over 30 years of experience in land planning, entitlements and development throughout the Southeast. He has been responsible for subdivisions and large master planned communities.

Scott received his BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University.

Prior to joining Kolter, Scott was a Project Manager at Gee and Jenson EAP, Inc.
