President

Scott Webb is President of Kolter Hospitality and is responsible for the oversight and management of the firm’s day to day operations including hotel development and management. Mr. Webb is an active hotel developer with an extensive background in the commercial sector, including his previous role as President of Kolter’s Commercial Division, where he oversaw the expansion of the company’s commercial development opportunities in North America.

Mr. Webb was responsible for the development and formation of Kolter Hospitality in April 2014, which currently manages the day to day operations for ten hotels totaling 1,731 keys located throughout Florida. In addition, under Mr. Webb’s leadership, Kolter Hospitality is currently in the development and construction stages for an AC by Marriott hotel project in Orlando, FL adding an additional 180 keys. Kolter Hospitality and its portfolio of hotels, under the leadership of Mr. Webb, have received numerous industry distinctions and awards of recognition for performance excellence in the past six years.
