Development Executive

In the role of Development Executive, Steve manages the execution of large scale residential mixed-use projects, including entitlement, design, construction, sales, marketing, and delivery.  As a Florida native, Steve has over 25 years of experience in development, construction, and engineering in various markets.  His diverse skill set and attention to detail allow him to easily adapt to the demands of each project, all while maintaining a focus on the needs of the customer.

Steve holds a Florida Certified General Contractor’s license, a Real Estate license, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia.
