Sales have begun at L’Ambiance at Avenir, a new gated community by Kolter Homes in Palm Beach Gardens. Four new decorated model homes are available to tour.
L’Ambiance at Avenir is Kolter’s newest collection of floor plans in Palm Beach Gardens, with seven two- to five-bedroom plans available. Each floor plan comes with at least 25 structural options and hundreds of finish choices. Structural options include added bedrooms, expanded garages, outdoor living spaces with pools and second-floor bonus rooms.
Developers broke ground earlier this year on the Avenir West Clubhouse, a 28,000-square-foot amenity center that will have indoor and outdoor dining, fitness, sports courts and events and activities.
“We are thrilled to open the doors of L’Ambiance at Avenir to the public,” Community Leader Brian Grove said in a press release. “This community represents the pinnacle of luxury living in Palm Beach Gardens, and we can’t wait to welcome our future residents.”
