A new active adult community in Newnan, Georgia, Cresswind at Spring Haven was honored with four Gold awards and one Silver! The community, which opened earlier this year, has sold 100 homes and counting, offering buyers the choice between 12 different home plans.

Searching for an award-winning plan? The Lila plan was awarded a Gold OBIE for Best Building Design for a detached model priced between $700,000 and $799,999. This floor plan features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage on one level across 2,134 square feet.

The Valerie plan was also awarded a Silver OBIE for a Single-Family Builder – Detached priced from $800,000 and above. The plan boasts three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage with 3,208 square feet on one level.
