Kolter Urban, a division of The Kolter Group, has officially begun on-site construction on two new luxury condominium towers, Hyde Park House and Saltaire in St. Petersburg.
The projects are intended to answer the needs of out-of-state-buyers looking for low-maintenance, vibrant communities in a tax-friendly environment.
Kolter is building on the success of ONE St. Petersburg, one of the most sought-after condominium towers ever constructed in Tampa Bay. The developer has two other towers underway in nearby Sarasota – The Ritz-Carlton Residences, which will welcome residents later this year, and the recently announced Bayso.
